HpHiq
HpHiq is a simple HPSDR protocol emulator for HiQSDR. It emulates the metis interface module protocol
from the
HPSDR project and
make the HiQSDR usable with software like PowerSDR. It is a small windows command line program and may run on the
some PC like PowerSDR.
Install
Download the zip file, unpack it and start hphiq.exe. If you not use the HiQSDR standard ip address 192.168.2.196, start the program
with the option -p
.
Next download and install PowerSDR from here.
I was successfully with PowerSDR_mRX_v3.2.1.0_Setup.msi. Install PowerSDR, setup HPSDR and aktivate Mercury and PenyLane.
Activate connection type Metis (Ethernet) and select 'Full Network Discovery'.
For audio use a VAC, the HiQSDR has no audio capabilities.
It is tested with FPGA version sg7, but should run with any other version.
